Ready, Set, GO!

I am on the way to a new me. A healthier, more active, better me. Not that I have ever been a “couch potato” by any means but, I want to be as active as I can be on a daily basis. In the past month or so I have started with eating healthier. Low sugar, low carbs, little to no salt and more veggies & fruits. So far so good! I have lost a total of 11 lbs and am aiming to lose 10 more in order to reach my goal weight of 108 by November. its no longer a question of if i can, I know I can

Crunch Time!

Back in the swing of going to the gym, working out 4 days a week and taking yoga classes. Feeling newly energized (a bit sore) but optimistic that i will reach my goal by my birthday! I know I can do it.

A New Year

Getting my site and blog up and running has been on the back burner for me for way too long.  It is one of the many things I have on my long list to start checking off in the new year.

I live and work in NYC.  I am mildly obsessed with bulldogs, fashion, design, and the color red. I love to laugh...a lot. I still wish on stars and cross my fingers. I want to travel the world with my camera and sketchbook. I like to wander around the city taking in all the sights and sounds. Creativity is everything.
